Prelude lets you practice dating conversations with AI characters. Browse the gallery, match with characters you like, and start chatting. Each character has a unique personality and will respond based on how engaging your conversation is. Score high enough and you'll secure a date!
How do I start a conversation?
Browse the character gallery on the home tab. Tap a character to see their profile, then tap Like to match. Once matched, you can start chatting.
How does scoring work?
Every conversation starts at 50 points. Good messages earn points, boring or inappropriate messages lose them. Reach 100 to win a date, or drop to 0 and the character loses interest.
How do I unlock more characters?
Characters are organized in tiers. Win at least one conversation in every tier to unlock the next one. Higher tiers have more challenging characters.
Can I restart a conversation?
Yes. Tap the refresh icon in the top-right corner of the chat screen to start a new conversation with the same character.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations and profile are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the paywall screen and tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom. Your previous purchases will be restored automatically.
How do I reset my account?
Go to the Settings tab and tap "Reset Account". This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
